On June 13, the Rector of Westminster International University in Tashkent Komiljon Karimov met with the First Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mubin Mirzayev.
The meeting discussed issues of establishing bilateral cooperation in training specialists with advanced knowledge and skills. The possibilities of using the academic potential of WIUT for professional development and retraining of tax service employees were considered. Following a constructive dialogue, agreements were reached on key areas of cooperation.
As a result of the meeting, a Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and WIUT was signed.
