Apply for PhD and DSc Programmes at WIUT

Westminster International University in Tashkent is now accepting applications for its local Doctoral Programmes (PhD - Doctor of Philosophy; DSc - Doctor of Science) for the 2025/2026 academic year. Since 2020–2021, WIUT has offered local doctoral programmes in the following disciplines:

• Management (08.00.13)
• Econometrics & Statistics (08.00.06)

Admission and study are governed primarily by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 304 of 22 May 2017, “On Measures to Further Improve the System of Postgraduate Education”, together with relevant subsequent regulations and the policies of the Supreme Attestation Commission.

Candidates may apply for Full-time study or for Part-time (Independent researcher) status. Places may be offered as government- or university-funded or as self-sponsored (contract-based), subject to funding availability and the decision of the University, in accordance with Presidential Resolution No. 60 of 24 December 2021.

Registration period: 5 October – 5 November 2025.
