"The mentorship programme is a fantastic opportunity for students who wish to develop self-evaluation skills and receive support from mentors in navigating their career paths. From my personal experience, I have learned the importance of asking the right questions at the right time, with the right mindset, in order to obtain answers and take relevant actions throughout the process. We used to have monthly meetings with my mentor, during which I would bring up questions and my mentor would provide clear answers to all my requests. I often received valuable resources and mentor's guidance to ensure I was on the right track.
Currently, we are focusing on the job search process, and my mentor has played a crucial role in helping me shape my CV by providing the necessary resources and useful tips based on his personal experience. I am truly grateful for this opportunity provided by the WIUT Career Development and Alumni Relations team, and I can confidently say that it has had a significant impact on my actions as I plan my future steps."
