GRADUATION CEREMONY 2025
Dear Graduate!
We are delighted to welcome you to your Graduation Ceremony on 23rd of October 2025!
Venue: Cinema Palace (formerly Panorama), located at A. Navoi St., 15 in Tashkent.
You need to REGISTER before 19th of September 2025 to obtain an invitation for youself and your guests. WITHOUT COMPLETING THIS FORM, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE GRADUATION CEREMONY.

Code of Conduct at the Ceremony
To ensure that you have the best memorable experience that will last for many years, your personal behaviour is at the centre of this ceremony.
Do not undertake any extravagant actions that might shock other guests. Official attire provided by the University is required, no alteration of your gown nor hat will be allowed on stage. We invite you to walk on stage and:
Shake hands with the Rector and the Vice Chancellor (or simply bow to each of them as your personal choice); and
Pose for a photo on stage.
