Implementing inclusive opportunities for school children with special educational needs in the Mirabad district

This charity project is the result of long-term cooperation among the people of Westminster International University in Tashkent, "Warm Heart Foundation" charity team and the administration of the Specialized School No. 57 in the Mirabad district. This year, TWIG - Tashkent Women International Group co-participated in this charity work to fund the purchase of educational materials for the speech therapy room.

Today, at the opening ceremony of the speech therapy room at School 57, the Rector of WIUT Bakhrom Mirkasimov, TWIG President, Anita Sethi Ramakrishna, as well as the Director of School No. 57, Svetlana Zheleznyakova and WIUT students shared their support and love for children to thrive. Over the past few years, two additional rooms - the physiotherapy room, as well as the music and rhythm room have been renovated and equipped with the help of funds raised by WIUT team.
