The MA in International Business Management (Creative Cultural Tourism)MA in International Business Management is a Master degree course designed for students seeking a tourism management related career that includes both international and local focus. It represents a crucial part of the increasing internationalisation of the WIUT’s postgraduate portfolio.

Recent Central Asia regional economic cooperation and Uzbek Government reforms will strengthen the cultural and heritage tourism sector in Uzbekistan (Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Additional Measures to Encourage Tourism Development in the Republic of Uzbekistan (2019)). The government has set ambitious targets to have 11.8m foreign tourists enter Uzbekistan by 2025 and creating the infrastructure and the numbers of a highly skilled workforce is a key priority for the government. Uzbekistan will require a highly skilled workforce to implement the government’s ambitious strategy, which is why this particular course will produce future leaders in this field.
