Master of Arts in International Business & Management (MAIBM)
An Internationally Recognised Master Degree in International Business & Management (MAIBM) is a British Masters degree awarded by the University of Westminster (UK London) and delivered at Westminster International University in Tashkent. The course content reflects the increasing globalisation of both the knowledge and practice base of business and management education.
It is designed for students with some initial business experience and whose first degree is in a subject other than business. It consists of an intensive introduction to all aspects of management drawing from the experiences of the student body to reflect on the nature of management in an international business environment.

Dates and Fees
The course can be studied over 12 months (full time) or 24 months (part time) and begins with an induction programme. There are two intakes a year:
- Autumn – where closing date for applications is in September and the course start date is October
- Winter – where closing date for applications is in December and the course start date is January
The tuition fee for the whole course is the same for both the 12 and 24 month options, and equals to:
- 10,260 USDÂ for citizens of Uzbekistan
- 11,250 USD for international citizens
Entry Requirements
- Age: at least 22 years old on the day of enrolment.
- First degree: A first (bachelors) degree in any subject at the level of a Lower Second Class Honours (UK) or overseas equivalent.
- English language: If your first degree was not taught and assessed in English, you will need an IELTS score of at least 6.5 or TOEFL score of Paper based 580, CBT 237, IBT 92.
How to Apply?
The first stage is simply to complete an application form hard copy or by e-mail to the Registrar’s office postgradadmission@wiut.uz.
You will be invited to an interview if you fulfill the basic criteria (for the English language requirement it is sufficient if you have registered for an IELTS or TOEFL).
If you pass the interview you will be given an offer – conditional if you are still awaiting an IELTS or TOEFL result.
You only need to bring originals of certificates and photographs when you enroll, details of enrollment will be given once you have been accepted onto the course.
