Ulugbek Shermatov

Education: PhD (Meiji University), Master Degree in Law (Yokohama National University), Bachelor in International Law (University of World Economy and Diplomacy)

Profile: Mr. Ulugbek is currently a lecturer at the WIUT and a chief consultant at the Research Center under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He worked at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan first as a consultant, later as a leading consultant and then as a chief consultant.
His research has covered Civil Law and Bankruptcy Law, especially the issue of assignment of contract rights in Tax Law and Bankruptcy Law.Mr.Ulugbek is currently a lecturer at the WIUT and a chief consultant at the Research Center under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
