Current Position and Responsibilities at WIUT:

Daniel Stevens is currently the Head of Research and Consultancy at WIUT.

He is responsible for the development of research both amongst staff and students, as well as promoting the university’s consultancy services. He leads modules in Management Research Methods and the final year projects for business, economics and law students, as well as in Contemporary Issues in Business and Public Sector Management. He is a course leader for the Masters in International Business and Management.

Bachelor of Science in Economics in Government - London School of Economics and Political Science

Masters of Science in Comparative Politics - London School of Economics and Political Science

Ph.D in Development Studies - School of Oriental and African Studies

His research interests are primarily in international development, the promotion of good governance, specifically in the ways international donors seek to aid civil society in developing countries. Related to these he is also interested in the relevance of corporate social responsibility to developing countries, as well as how research is taught in higher education.
