Mamurjon Rahimov

Lecturer’s Profile

Mr. Mamurjon Rahimov is a lecturer with more than 10 years of experience in higher education. He has taught both locally and abroad.

Before joining Westminster International University in Tashkent as a full-time lecturer, he worked as an economics lecturer at the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago for three years.

In the past he has also taught at Tashkent State Technical University (Faculty of Business Administration) and Tashkent State Economics University (International Business School). Besides academia, Mamurjon has worked for DAEWOO Motor America, Uz-DAEWOO Auto Company, and the World Trade Center Chicago to name a few. At Uz-DAEWOO Auto Company he was instrumental in the Matiz Project as a part of marketing team of the company.

He has trained entrepreneurs across Uzbekistan and carried out marketing consultancy. One of his successful projects is OFFICE MARKET – branding, marketing strategy, and promotion.

Mamurjon holds Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Organization and Management from EMORY University (Atlanta, the USA) and Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago (the USA).
