Current Position and Responsibilities at WIUT
Currently Iroda Komilova is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader of Business Administration.
Her responsibilities include:
- Course administration
- Provision of professional leadership that facilitates high quality teaching and the effective use of resources
- Assurance of the academic relevance of the course of study, and proposals for changes if necessary
- Monitoring of general and educational effectiveness of the course, ensuring that any perceived weaknesses are addressed
- Assurance of support and guidance procedures that meet the needs of the students
- Promoting, throughout the course team, the general issues of quality in teaching and learning, and looking for measure that will enhance students’ learning
- Produce documentation for students and quality monitoring
- Evaluation of student retention, progression, attainment and transition to employment
- Undertake a professional contract of contact teaching
She is the Module leader for Project Management (level 6) and Fundamentals of Financial Accounting (level 4) also involved in teaching Managerial Accounting at MAIBM.
