Alexey Kim

Current Position and Responsibilities at WIUT

Alexey Kim is a Senior Lecturer and a Subject Area Leader for Finance and Accounting. He is also the module leader of Fixed Interest Securities and Related Derivatives and other modules in finance.

Academic Background and Research Interests

Bachelor’s Diploma in Finance and Credit- Namangan Engineering Economic Institute

Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance - University of Leeds, UK

The areas of his research interest include Fixed Interest Securities, Derivatives, FDI in Uzbekistan.

Professional Experience

He has been providing professional training for various organizations on behalf of the WIUT since the very beginning of the University’s involvement in this area.He has provided trainings for organizations such as - UNDP Uzbekistan, - PriceWaterhouseCoopers, - BBC Tashkent, - University of World Economy and Diplomacy, - Academy of State and Social Reconstruction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, - UNFPA, - etc.
