Sarbast Plus

Project Management was the first training delivered to Sarbast Plus by WIUT. This was a 7-days training comprised of theoretical and practical exercises on topics of Project Definition, Estimation of Project Cost and Time, Risk Management, and Managing Project Teams. Having been given a mock project to run and present, the last day of the training was dedicated solely to presentations of these projects by trainees. Other than the repeat training planned at the end of January, WIUT is about to run an extensive “Management for Managers” course this year.
