Programme overview

Westminster International University in Tashkent launches a course of professional development "Finance: a simple and transparent system of management accounting, control and management". The course is aimed theoretical knowledge and practical skills development for understanding and analyzing the main financial situations of a modern company in a market environment.
Learning the key financial concepts and methods applied in the financial management of the organization are the goals of the goals of the proposed course. The programme provides participants’ acquaintance with practical situations encountered by companies in financial strategy planning, making managerial decisions taking into account the applicability of various methods depending on the realities of the company. It is not a secret that the right financial decision affects both the cost and the work of the organisation as a whole. These cases will facilitate understanding and analyzing of the financial principles required for a stable growth of the organisation. In addition, the interactivity of trainings and discussions during classes will assist in the illustration of a specific problem from different angles to find the most optimal solution.

Classes would be held three times a week, at 7:00 pm, from 16th October to 10th November, 2017.
