WIUT maths exams are continuing

math.gifWIUT Mathematics exams have started.  Applicants have taken the first entrance examination on mathematics on January 20. The next entrance exam is scheduled for April 14.

It is worth to note that prospective students are given up to 6-7 attempts till August 2010. It means that if applicant fails an exam, he/she will be allowed to retake it again. The passmark is 40%. This is a great opportunity for the applicants and they are strongly encouraged to start taking the exam as early as possible.

Another important news is that I, II, and III year students of all academic lyceums and colleges can attend the entrance exams in 2010.  

WIUT administration decided to publicise previous exam questions in order to help prospective students get better prepared and pass the exam successfully. They are now available for downloading:

Mathematics exams will take place on the second Wednesday of each month. Currently applications are being accepted for the fourth exam:

     
First exam 20 January passed
Second exam 10 February passed
Third exam 10 March passed
Fourth exam 14 April Apply till April 13
Fifth exam 12 May
Sixth exam 9 June
Seventh exam 14 July
Eighth exam 11 August

 

Required documents for the maths exam:

  • WIUT application form - You can get applications from WIUT Marketing Department, Registrar’s Office or download it here.
  • 2 photos (3×4sm)
  • Copy of passport (or birth certificate)

Submit your filled-in application form at least one day before the exam day to the WIUT Registrar’s office.
